This is not a typical Bourns guitar potentiometer.
This custom series of Bourns Potentiometers are specifically designed for guitars and bass to give a smooth and more natural taper.

This is the high torque version. High torque pots feature a high friction shaft rotations which will result in a slow to turn potentiometer. This is perfect if you want to set your pots in a specific position and not worry about accidentally rolling it up or down.

We also have a Low Torque full size pots for quick knobs rotation.
Mini pots with standard torque are also available.

Specs:
- US size mounting hole diameter of 3/8” (9.5mm). *
- Bushing height is 3/8”. **
- Full-size body 24mm.
- Knurled (Split) or plain (solid) shaft
- Solid shaft diameter is 6.35mm***

2 sets of hex nut and washer

Notes:
* If your guitar is Asian made, you might need to drill a bigger hole.
**Potentiometer thread length and thread height is ⅜”. Each potentiometer comes with 2 sets of hex nut and washer to fit pickguard and control plate installation. For direct body mounting, only 1 set is required.
*** Solid shaft diameter is 6.35mm, please make sure that your knobs will fit this. The mini version has a smaller shaft diameter or 6.0mm
