We use Gogo Express for our standard nationwide shipping.

Delivery time is usually 3 to 5 days for Metro Manila and nearby areas and 5 to 10 days for other provinces.

For faster shipping, you can book a Grab or Lalamove.

For international shipments, we use DHL or Fedex.

Your order will be prepared in 1-2 business days. Please take note that we are closed on Sundays.

All of our items are fully tested prior to shipping.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After that period, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All Montances Pickups will be covered by a guarantee that includes repair, replacement, and exchange beginning February 1, 2023. All warranty terms apply only to the item's original purchaser.

1. 7-day factory defect replacement warranty

All our pickups are fully tested before shipping out. If there is a factory defect, you may return the item so that we may inspect it and repair or replace it. Any defective product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. This is only valid for 7 days after you receive the item.

2. 30-day satisfaction guarantee on exchanges

We're dedicated to assisting you in finding the perfect guitar pickup for you and your instrument.

If you are not completely satisfied with the sound of your Montances Pickups, you can exchange them for another model within 30 days of purchase (custom-made pickups are not included). This one-time offer is valid on any standard model pickup purchased from an authorized dealer.

3. Limited 2-year warranty (under normal usage)

All our pickups are built to be of the highest quality and reliability. If within two years of normal usage, you encountered a pickup functional issue (cosmetic and wear and tear excluded), you are entitled to a free check-up and repair service.

Important Reminder:

Specific exchange and warranty conditions are outlined below. If we discover that the pickup has been abused, the warranty will be void. Any physical modifications to the pickup, such as changing the original wire set-up, removing tape from the pickup, or damaging the bottom plate in any way, void the warranty. Pickups with significant cosmetic damage are not returnable. Other limitations may apply. Other charges may also apply.

4. Non-warranty

If your Montances Custom Pickups is no longer under warranty, we offer pickup repair and rewind services at a discounted rate.

Notes: All shipping costs are to be shouldered by the client. Proof of purchase is required. Other charges may apply based on our discretion.

Our home-based Shop is located in Fairway View subd. Dasmariñas, Cavite

Due to quarantine restrictions, we only allow pickup/delivery via Grab or Lalamove.

We prioritize the health and safety of everyone.

Please set an appointment 1 day before.

Best sched for drop-off or pickup is 10AM to 5PM. Monday to Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.
