CTS short length pots (¼” or 6.35mm) are perfect for pickguard and control plate mounting like Strat, Tele, Jazz bass and Precision bass.

This series of CTS pots are the same high-quality pots that have become the industry standard for top guitar manufacturers. Robust construction featuring brass shaft and bushing.
These US specs potentiometers are perfect replacement for US made guitars.
If your guitar is Asian made, you might need to enlarge the hole to fit this pot.

Thread Length:
Short (¼” or 6.35mm) - perfect for pickguard and control plate mounting like Strat, Tele, Jazz bass and Precision bass.
Standard (⅜” or 9.5mm) - this is a safe choice and will fit most guitars. Just add hex Nuts and Washers and washers as necessary. This length is required for the wood top or direct to body mounting.
Long (¾” or 19mm) - best used on guitars with extra thick bodies like Gibson Les Pual USA.
