• A: No. Super Steps are not designed for through-body stringing. The exposed core is intended to sit precisely on the bridge saddle of top-loading bridges; a through-body angle could damage the core.

• Q: Does the "Exposed Core" make the string feel different?

• A: You may notice a slightly lower profile at the bridge, which can allow for lower action. Tonally, it provides much more "zip" and clarity compared to a standard round wound string.

• Q: How do I know if the exposed part will line up with my bridge?

• A: These are designed for standard 34" scale basses with top-loading bridges. The taper/exposed section is roughly 2" from the ball-end to ensure it clears the saddle of most standard bridge designs.
